The Best Job Ever

Featured review

Apple selected this as a representative review
Working at Apple was a great experience. Work never felt like work because I loved what I did and I loved interacting with the public. The store was always electric, although others may say crazy. I'd say electric because the experience was exhilarating. The managers were all great and they were never above doing what they asked of their employees. The benefits and pay were amazing for a part time job. Working for a company with a brand such as Apple and experience to match that brand made me want to stay forever. This is a job I truly miss and I am thankful for the opportunity that I was given!

Overall good

Good place to work while finishing school. Not the best place to grow, a lot of favoritism . Not impossible to grow though as long as you embody apple

Great place to work + great people

If you can get a job at apple do yourself a favor and say yes. There’s pros and cons at any company, but if someone has a job here and hates it trust me when I say don’t take those people seriously they’d be miserable anywhere.

Good pay, good benefits

I love the pay and benefits of working at Apple. However, this job isn’t for everyone. Also, I do not like the performance metrics, but most call center type jobs have that anyway. Customers are rude sometimes as well.

Great place to work.

Can be overwhelmed to work at Apple at times with the amount of customers but great place to work at nonetheless so I recommend it. Such a unique company to work for.

Decent Place

Working at Apple is an exceptional experience that blends innovation, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. As an employee, I've had the privilege of being part of a company that consistently pushes the boundaries of technology. Apple's dedication to user-centric design and quality is evident in every product and service.

understanding but very boring and depressing

The management is kind and understanding to human mistakes for the most part but the actual work feels incredibly forced and transactional. I also work in one of the busiest stores in the world I am sure so this may be different in a random small store in the middle of nowhere America but overall it can be quite depressing. Not much growth for people and extremely exhausting to be on your feet for so long. benefits are hard to leave they feel like golden handcuffs. unless you are the biggest fanboy of apple or want to make hourly wage forever then I wouldn't recommend. the pay is not really enough for flag ship stores and the amount of stress, noise and demand.

Toxic management system

Team was great, felt welcomed most of the time. The lead team, managers and upper managers were absolutely horrible. They use you and abuse you to look better for their bosses

Enjoyable people, products, project, and an open atmosphere to ideas and suggestions in development.

What is the best part of working at the company?Apple is a great company to work for, and the only reason I left was to offers from externally in things more interesting to me personally - the company is HIGH on the "takes care of you" marks between salary, stock, perks, health care and internal possibilities. They are hard to beat in the Bay Area. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I do not thing there is anything about Apple that is "most" stressful if you are enjoying what you are working on there. It is a good engineering and timeline work base for development and always a push at the end to cross T's and dot I's... remembering J's need dotting too is what an employee needs to bring... attention to detail on any given project - public or departmental. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Kick butt and strive for detail completion. If I found a team internally that worked with the engineering I liked/preferred then I would not have left the company.

Underpaid overworked. They make you work every holiday and hard to get a normal shift. Expect to work every weekend and till at least 11pm. They only care about themselves

Great pay

Working from home is nice but nothing to learn a new things. Great benefits and great people. Not much PTO and scheduling is not what you can always get.

They kept sending me emails every two weeks how they would let me know if I were to get the job at the beginning of next week, but then disappear and say the same thing in a couple of weeks. This went on for awhile.

Fun and educational

Great environment. Made alot of lifetime friends. Good with work life balance. Only con is there’s not a lot of room for growth because people never leave.

Not a bad place to work, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Really good benefits and really good pay. Also get a discount at times, which is really awesome.
