I left bc I didn’t feel appreciated. I bust butt working here. Issues with other employees are never resolved because the employees doing all the bullying have been there for years. The managers talk to you all types of ways and then get mad when you give them that same energy back. I wonder why they can’t keep people that should really take a look around and see that their employees that they keep their are not good to people. Pretty sad when the bartender doesn’t know how to open up a bottle of wine or make a rum punch I was a bartender at my previous job so that is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Work ethic has nothing to do with growth in this company. I just another fly on the wall to them
