Quit the favoritism

Don't talk down to employees, stop treating us as if we're expendable. Stand up for them. Too many times I have seen management make servers look like complete idiots in front of customers (when they know very well themselves that the customer is wrong, when they are being treated horribly by customers, or when a mistake is not the servers fault). I get that the customers come first, but there are ways to go about a situation that don't make the servers look dumb, or make them feel bad.

Give breaks!!!! Especially if somebody is working a double shift.

Give room for job advancement, raises, etc
