Not a good place for engineers.
Systems Product Development Engineer (Former Employee) – Plano, TX – April 9, 2017
Company won't spend a nickle to buy research development engineers tools they require to perform job. This is a huge frustration for all staff engineers. Compounding the problem, engineering management over-commits, micromanages, doesn't support the qualified engineers charged with doing the work, then quickly blames those engineers for department failures and shortcomings caused by management. Meanwhile, the top management is oblivious why company can't retain the good engineers.
Decent company website.
