Yearly if the feel like it. Everyone gets a pathetic percentage irregardless of their review. The increase doesn’t cover the cost of insurance premium increase let alone cost of living.

Kind of weird depending on who you actually talk with. In retrospect after talking with supervisors, it's almost like a mud wrestling match, upper managers flaunting their paygrade but with little to no knowledge of what the local need and market really is and the branch supervisors knowing the real needs.
More input is needed at the ground level.
