There isn’t much support from the corporate office. Every there is a know it all. You get much more support from the clients in the field. There has been a lot of turnovers in the corporate office, which make it difficult to get answers on things the previous employee was handling i.e JPAS issues. Work performance recognition, holiday bonuses, happy hour, or catered lunches would help boost the employee’s moral bit.

Typical days work was scanning packages that were delivered by various venders for safety before delivering. I learned how to scan the packages for different weapons. Management and workplace culture was safe and friendly. The hardest part of the job was the long hours (10 hour days). The most enjoyable part the job was friendly people.
