When I first started with Appolo Heating they were a large family owned business,being bought-out by a large steel company,so employee turn over was high. Throughout the company I would see 3 new faces replacing 3 old ones every week on average for approximately 1 year. My department (service) had gone through 4 different managers until the right one was found, and now had a years worth of mismanagement too clean up. I was promoted to lead maintenance tech. and had a direct hand in the restructuring of the service department. Training and or retraining service personnel in the maintenance end of the job. I also made top 3 in company sales for the company. I was well liked and respected there. Best job I ever had.
