Good people but product still needs to mature.

Based on my experience within the Customer Success department, management needs to assure that employees are not overworked or burned out on engagements where client expectations have been set high whereby the product has its limitations or not enough resources are available. Also, the Apptio product itself is very complex and buggy, making client implementation a challenge. However, peers are helpful and there "when needed" (Team Leads are at their workload capacity and have little time).
Product needs to be refined, Pay for consultants is not competitive.
