Loved it! I would do it again!

Enjoyed every single moment of it!! We where part of the Teams that worked with the NFL watching over the Lombardy trophy. It was a lovely experience.

Unrealistic expectations

Treat contractors very poorly. Except you to bend over backwards without any regard for you. They are no understanding of normal life and that things come up. Not supportive of contractors since they are not on site with them.

Overall decent company, but lacks unity & growth opportunities

Upper management is welcoming, but the overall team has a “cliquey” feel. Most coworkers are very kind, but you will not be dealing with the kinder folks on a day-to-day basis. They are good at what they do, but some of the sales team does not have patience to teach or work with those who are different than they are. They offer little to no actual support and they have a “you get what you deserve mentality” (which does not create a healthy work environment). Trying is not good enough, you have to produce to be truly valuable. If you’re new to sales you must be extremely patient. Expect sales targets to constantly move and expect to be in constant competition with an offshore team (who is incredibly hard working but seem to be managed differently than the onshore team.) You will be compared weekly and at some point, actual success starts feels unrealistic.Benefits are okay, base pay is alright, but not a livable wage so you have to be very, very hungry to receive additional incentives. Overall, the company was good, but their sales positions ideally suit someone who only values numbers and not people.
