We have been able to work remotely since 2020 and have the option to work in office. The training program could be improved. There is room for growth and some management highly encourages growth. The benefits are great. The nature of the work can be very stressful. One week a month you are required to be available for mandatory overtime. The hours are picked for you. There is also unplanned mandatory overtime that happens as well. This is one of the things I dislike about the company. I feel the starting pay could be higher as well. There are employees network groups and opportunities to get to know others.
