How far does the background check go.? have a couple things on my record but they're over 8 years old
Branch Manager handed me paperwork to fill out which asked about my education, previous experience, and other questions for the application. Like other answers, it's a pretty relaxed and easy interview process. You just need to pass a background and drug test.
Service Mgr: "alright, so tell me about yourself"
Me: ...starts talking about self, quickly noticed service mgr. not paying attention, just looking at computer screen...
Service Mgr: "...cool! Alright here's what the job entails (explains job)... sound like something you're interested in?"
Me: "ugggh, yeah, sounds easy enough!"
Service Mgr: "Okay, perfect! Sign here to consent to a background check and drug test, those wont be a problem, right? So when can you start?
They'll hire anyone who can pass a drug test, background check and looks physically capable of doing the job.
Very common questions. Very friendly interviewer. Got the job on the spot.
