CLS positions are fine. Should be paid more as management doesn't like having to put down their cellphone to actually TAKE a phone call.
Outdoor work. Work by yourself with minimal supervision

I would say it's a very young environment. All the people who you'd expect to be your 'higher-ups' are not too much older than twenty, maybe thirty. So the exchanges normally feel very together and friendly while trying to find the best solutions to small issues.

The people are nice but then they are layed off, the longest person employed at our location in New Berlin WI was me, but then was laid off at the 5 month mark right before benefits would kick in along with raises so you tell me? The only people that stay with this company are the branch managers, everyone else (you or me) is in and out within a couple months so they can keep payroll to a minimum.
Friendly and always wanting to better everyone

The work environment is a "family feel." You don't feel like just an employee here, you feel like a teammate for an all-star team.

The work I do in Aptive is purely desk work and pretty simple. The culture here is awesome. Anyone can work here. Everyone comes clean and ready to work. Simple and to the point work. Enjoyable.
