Alot of work, with little pay, mostly everyone in the call center was unhappy.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Bryn Mawr, PA – May 21, 2015
The hardest part of the job is retaining a lot of info,in a short period of time after being "trained" for 8 different states.Typical day is taking calls from customers, who can't pay their water/sewer bill, and constantly reinstating agreements, that are broken every month, basically saying the same thing over and over, management was fine, supervisor was not.Good company to work for,if your not doing Customer Service.
Nice coworkers, no weekends or mandatory overtime, 1 hour lunch break.
Alot of computer and program issues, micro managment, low pay, different departments not on the same page, etc
