Aqua Metals believes that the only path to achieving global emissions targets is a combination of electrifying transportation that is recharged with renewable electricity and sustainably recycling the lithium-ion batteries with renewable electricity. To that end, Aqua Metals is developing cleaner metals recycling that can deliver high-value raw materials back into the battery manufacturing supply chain while reducing emissions and waste streams, and creating safer work environments.

We are the only company that has developed a commercially proven, sustainable, closed-loop metal recycling process, and Aqua Metals is applying its commercialized clean, water-based recycling technology principles to develop the cleanest and most cost-efficient recycling solution for lithium-ion batteries. Our technology will produce higher quality products at a lower operating cost without the damaging effects of furnaces, chemical waste streams, and greenhouse emissions.

Join our team to implement a tangible impact on the climate challenge while helping build the nascent but fast-growing lithium-ion recycling industry from the ground up.

I loved my job and what I did. I always was incorporated and had a valued opinion. The problem is they were/are a startup and would cut corners(or so it appeared) to make investors happy.

Lack of training, no written SOPs to train to on the floor. Hot work environment. Poor ventilation. Overly bureaucratic work environment. Management doesn't listen to employees needs. Good safety standards and all available PPE provided. No on site waste treatment for chemical spills. Will require you to do operations with minimal training.

Benefits and perks of working there are going down hill.My leadership was unreliable and made no reasonable effort and didn't communicate to assist me in reaching their expectations. Not an individual I would ever consider a "leader" in the first place.

I have worked at Aqua Metals for nearly three years. It is a great company. The industry is dynamic with incredible potential for growth. Aqua Metals technology is exciting and I believe can be a game-changer in battery recycling. The management team is very solid and has demonstrated the ability to successfully adapt to challenging situations while maintaining a strategic focus.

I left the company because of the lead Harassment even though I appreciated the mechanics that stood up for me I still felt being left with that same lead was going to Get any better but there was a lot of things going on there so I left and went to a different job,
