Great for people who have no experience because this would be the place to gain it. Due to short staff hired employees learn a little bit of everything from serving to bartending etc.

Avoid it and you can save yourself therapy bills. They have a lot of bells and whistles but when it comes down to policies it’s based on who you know.

They are happy with paying minimum wage even though you do the work of two people. Yearly raises are less than ten cents. Management creates a toxic environment by playing people off each other. Management does not communicate well to the staff.

Working at Aramark isn't as bad as many would lead you to believe but it's not great. Pay is on the low end especially for what they expect from you and many times you have to cover for people who simply don't show up to work a lot of the time but somehow don't seem to get fired.

Interview Questions

I didn't have an interview

Shared on September 25, 2019

I had 2 interviews. The 1st was the top 10 questions. The 2nd one was laid back and asked me to tell her about myself. It varies to interviewer. The 1st one told me I was unprepared . Plus, I didn't know how much pay was. The 2nd interviewer was cool. This was at 2 different locations for 2 different positions. Advice... Smile and be friendly 😊

They asked me how I would handle certain situations. Am I a team player or team leaders. Do I work well under pressure.
