Awful and uncaring,poorly trained management that is lazy and never helps. They berate and belittle all their employees. I felt like I was working in a sweat shop in a third world country. It was crazy. Please don't except any job that Aramark offers you. Run. Especially dont except a job at the capital one building in Plano Texas. Don't work in building 1-3 the manger there is the worst ever
No growth in company unless you want to become an manager at a location, they don't recognize their hardworking employees but recognize those that causes drama in the location and coworkers.
No training, terrible treatment by some supervisors and some managers, low pay but excessive amounts of work, no breakroom, short or no breaks given at all, being micromanaged
