Stick behind your workers in a prison setting, damand proof of why your employee is getting walked out due to what an inmate states that is false, demand more evidence then kites that are written by inmates who obviously dislikes that employee because they were doing their job. Aramark does not stand behind their workers when it comes to a contract by the state, if that prison states their guilty then Aramark believes them without proof.

Be more respectful to your hard working staff. Acknowledge ALL THAT THEY DO, especially when their school cafeteria is UNDERSTAFFED and expect them to prep, cook and serve 250 lunches with ONLY TWO WORKERS. Stop promoting staff to Manager positions based on favoritism and not abilities.
