Stop with the bumping. An employee should not be able to bump somebody else just because they have seniority and no experience or training in such department.

Don’t lie in orientation to new recruits, music has been proven to lift moods, let your employees put one ear piece in to listen to music,allow people to carry water bottles to drink , let them use a rest room when they need it, update your broken cleaning carts.

Do not be more well off in attitude than your clients. Some people put their neck out over other competition just to get treated with respect. That action alone keeps clients focus on keeping a great relationship with their vendors. He with the gold makes the rules is how I hear business goes. I personally go with feeling peace at appoinents due to professional challenges that arise in some cases. So humble respect goes a long way. :) thank you for listening.

No benefit
