Get rid of all their management staff. Management seems to be a big issue within the company. Not following thru with requests from RSRs for weeks, leading the RSRs to deal with the reprocussions from the customers. Also the lack of respect within the conpany as a whole needs to be addressed. You wouldnt have RSRs leaving if you didnt treat them poorly and give them vehicles that are constantly broken. Also the payroll department needs to be addressed. There is a lack of follow thru on their end when it comes to processing things. A huge corporation should allpw employees to access their pay stubs online instead of waiting for them to be trucked in from out of state and sometimes a day or two late.

Treat people with respect, i have my husband working for them for 3 weeks has not gotten a paycheck, it's the administrative areas's fault, they said he would get paid not the General Manager said go get a loan? what kind of sht is that, not funny when someone is working because they want to get paid, they should know that they need to enter his info on the computer as soon as possible and not wait around

I would ask that you PLEASE provide weekly pay instead of bi-weekly. It's easy to not have to worry about a paycheck when you are investing in a multi-billion dollar company. But, as a single mother of 4 working 8 hour days, I have necessities to buy for my children, sports, 4H costs and picture days. All this adds up, and when you don't have reliable help from anyone but yourself, it makes it difficult to provide. Thank you!

Dont hire supervisors and make them do a GM role. They over load the GMs to handle 4 locations and they are spread too thin and overworked. Supervisors are left to run multipe locations and work a position when someone quits then they do not replace the employee and Supervisor is stuck doing their work.
