Let them have a weekend off ever now and then. Increase pay... and hire more workers where they don't have to work 7 days a week.... oops management work more than 3 days a week

When they hired ppl for a certain job, don't cross train unless that person is full time employee.not part time.

Do not pressure employees to lie to the customers . Hire honest upper management. Reduce price increases from every 3 months to a reasonable amount. And notification to the customers prior to invoicing. Don't try to sneak it by. Learn what true customer service is and teach that. The profit will follow from growth. Wake up. Before you close up.

Long hours. Access each individual on thier performance. Mgmt show a lot of partially. They do not trust the trustworthy employees. Quick to fire employees without research. Lots of dishonest individuals covering for other dishonest mgmt.

Get rid of all their management staff. Management seems to be a big issue within the company. Not following thru with requests from RSRs for weeks, leading the RSRs to deal with the reprocussions from the customers. Also the lack of respect within the conpany as a whole needs to be addressed. You wouldnt have RSRs leaving if you didnt treat them poorly and give them vehicles that are constantly broken. Also the payroll department needs to be addressed. There is a lack of follow thru on their end when it comes to processing things. A huge corporation should allpw employees to access their pay stubs online instead of waiting for them to be trucked in from out of state and sometimes a day or two late.
