Dead End Job
okay for an 8 to 5 job no real opportunities for advancement. every other Friday off. Management seemed indifferent to career aspirations of current employees.

Wonderful company and very stable. Many opportunities to take on additional work and responsibility for high performers who thrive on exceeding goals in challenging situations. Lots of recognition and support. Everyone is proud to say they work for such a powerful company. But at the end of the day, it's disappointing to work that hard year over year, continually contributing to the success of the department, without receiving the promotion, performance ranking, or salary increase you've proven you're worthy of. People stay for years because the people and benefits are simply the best. Unfortunately corporate initiatives outside of our hands are what prevent promotions. This company cultivates high performers and hard workers. If you aren't both you won't make it. But if you do, you'll soon out perform your role and reach your ceiling. It's heartbreak when anyone leaves but it's understandable that eventually the burnout takes it's toll and you're ready to take control of your professional and financial growth again.

It's a large corporation, hard to get anything advanced. Definitely a "no" culture. People are afraid to make mistakes. It's not that friendly. You have to really go out of your way to meet people. Hours are very early (6am) for no apparent reason, and wfh is a strange battle. Management wants people in the office.

Saudi Arabian Muslim men HATE women! That was pretty much all I can say about this assignment. They treated us disrespectfully and cloaked it in their accursed religion. It was awful!!! Extremely stressful for no reason at all!!!
