The people are fantastic and the agency is selective of who they hire. Family/team atmosphere. Pay is not as good as other places in the area but leadership continuously seeks to improve pay. A lot of training is provided and it is easy to obtain further training and education if you desire. Turnover rate is much lower than other places I have worked at. Due to low turnover, advancement and promotions can be slow. The agency always seeks to improve and stays on the cutting edge of technology. Overall a great agency to work for.

Good people

Some good people to work with. Fast paced work with decent schedules. Updated equipment. Young department still growing but overall a good place to work.

Great place to work

Chief is excellent, and the command staff is top-notch. It's a fast-paced environment, but the department is great and feels like family. Can't say enough great things about the people.

By far one of my favorite employers. They hired me while pregnant and worked with me before and after my delivery. They were always polite and would even check on me while I was working to make sure I was ok.
