Arauco is a successful and growing company. Accompanying Arauco's growth however are growing pains. Arauco continues to layer in more and more products programs and responsibilities without adding additional sales support or sales staff. Arauco has added HR, accounting and other staff but Sales personnel has remained constant even with the construction of a $450MM plant in Michigan. Overall Sales Management is good but overworked, especially in light of the sales demand created by a new mill. Arauco products are quality products. Customer Service is good but could also use additional support. Marketing is up to the task with all products.
