Constant changing and contradictory instructions given by management on expected job requirements. No training several software systems that didn't work and created double data entry for employees. No management with NO team atmosphere and long work hours. Company provides laptop/cell phone you are on call 24-7 but they will tell you different when hired. Constant turnover in every department including HR....Unfortunate could be a great place to work.
Met some very nice coworkers and customers.
Hostile environment with no clear direction or support.

Arauco NA could be a very good company to work for if they cared about their temporary and full time employees more. Management do not care how their employees treat temporary employees. They do not train well or care to ensure things are done correctly. Management and other employees tell you incorrect procedures and refuse to admit their incorrect direction. Their are temporary employees that have worked their for years performing well but overlooked while they hire from within. It is a very course environment with a lot of full time employees that treat each other extremely unprofessional. Management do not seem to care. Only the employees that have been their years get the listening ears. If you are new employee or temp they can careless how hard you work how willing you are to learn or how the employees treat you that have been there for years. They click up against you. Sad.
