Starting my arbonne business was something I never thought I would have done, but I am SO thankful I started when I did. Working my own business on my own time has been the biggest blessing. Key word: WORKING! People who say network marketing doesn't work say it because they didn't put in the work. If other people are successful then there is no reason why you can't be as well. I have absolutely loved connecting with people from different backgrounds and coaching them in their business!

Supportive and positive leadership and culture. Empowering women and men to constantly better themselves while being humble! This job is more of a part time gig. I love this company and what it stands for. All of their products are to the highest standards, over 2000 ingredients never used, all to European standards! If someone has a skin issue or health need and I feel I have something that can help, I reach out online or in person and try and explain what I have and how it can help. I feel blessed to have this gig. The community of leaders is always positive and optimistic! I have grown so much with this company and as a result will always continue to try and better myself while continuing to help and better others!
I loved arbonne a lot I just felt like me personally wasn’t getting to where I wanted to be but the people are great and so kind and supportive and do recommend if you are a very motivated and self driven person

Arbonne Is a 43-year-old company in 6 countries and is NOT a pyramid scheme. It’s a total health and wellness company that sells pure, safe, Beneficial products. It cares about our plant and is a registered B Corp company, and also has a non-profit charitable foundation that helps the youth. The camaraderie and support is like none other. They provide you with all the tools and support you need to start your own business for just $49. There are no quotas you work as much or as little as you’d like. Your success depends on you and the amount of time you put into it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

This company is structured in such a way that no matter how much time, energy, and teaching you put in, you are constantly competing with everyone on your “team” that’s above and below you. That negates the word “team” and you’re always on your own. At my highest as an area manager, I was paid $800 a month while working 35-40 hours a week or more away from my children for approximately $5 an hour. To keep up with all I needed for my business (products, displays, business tools, hosting meetings, travel and training expenses), at the end of several years, I was operating at a loss and was only able to use the business expenses as a small tax write-off. It wasn’t worth it as a way to make income for my family. However, I did learn that I have a gift for sales, running a home business, and a passion for health and wellness.
