Small growing company
Arbor is a relatively small company so everyone is like a big family. Everyone knows everyone. The pay is pretty decent. There's annual raises depending on your performance/attendance. There is some occasional stress as it's a growing company and trying new things but your managers/hr will always try to help you meet your target. Toxic, bad work environment
First off, there was a mold infestation for a good 2 months, and nothing was done about it until someone reported it. They don’t care about the health of the employees. Also, they like to keep employees in the dark about what is going on in the workplace. The place is dirty, floors are never moped, and there is little to no show of appreciation to the employees who work night shifts.

Just a MESS
One BIG MESS. None of the higher ups have it together. Management is a joke. Client services is awful. This lab is ALWAYS messing up patient test once it gets to the lab to be tested.
