Good job for entry into the pharma world
Professional Territory Manager (Former Employee) –  Toledo, OHApril 12, 2019
This company is great if you would like to get into pharma as entry level, but no more than that. Get in to gt the experience and then move on. Management is/was a hott mess!

Arbor Pharmaceuticals review
Territory Sales Manager (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLApril 12, 2019
Arbor Pharmaceuticals provided me with all the opportunities I needed to succeed. It is a great company to work for. Employees are well educated, well mannered and act accordingly. They provided me with a world-class sales training and all of the tools I needed to succeed. I called on many hospitals, clinics, physician offices while working at Arbor in the Jacksonville territory. Arbor is always researching and coming up with new medicines all the time. I was impressed with the company!

Don’t apply unless you’re desperate for a paycheck
Territory Manager (Former Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLMarch 25, 2019
Two layoffs in less than 2 years. Unstable management. Company was just downgraded on their credit rating and would be underwater if it was not for KKR investors. Absolutely horrible company to work for due to their philosophy of tracking reps like dogs ( literally know everywhere you go) Company cars were taken and reps beat their own cars up. HR is a joke.
Pros
Training is compelling
Cons
Horrible heath insurance, no company cars, management can not afford suits that fit.

Enjoyed the people I worked with and meeting new people all the time as a receptionist
Administrative Assistant / Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAMarch 11, 2019
Meet and greet new people, support them in their visit to the company.
Answer Phones and help callers with their questions
Management were appreciative of my work and assistance to them
Environment was high class
Hardest part was work overload as we grew from 30 employees to 200 in-house and 200 to 600 in the field
Loved to multi-task and there was always lots of hats to wear
Pros
Good People
Cons
To much work for one person, no relief or back-up help

very low morals, Arbor used to be great but the company has gone downhill real fast. The upper management is horrible and they do not care about their employees.

Could be a good company for the right person
Sales Manager (Current Employee) –  NYJanuary 28, 2019
Could be a good company for the right person. Over the years Arbor has experienced constant change in tactic and leadership which has lead to constant shortfalls in sales with an extremely high turnover rate.
Pros
Nice people
Cons
Constant change leading to high turnover rate.

Territory Manger - Pediatric Division (Former Employee) –  Memphis, TNMarch 19, 2018
Job is what it is - bad coverage on products and company changes quotas and baselines constantly and sometimes after the fact. Company makes people share hotel rooms on sales meetings.
Pros
nice employees
Cons
track everything you do

Terrible leadership and HR
Neuro Health Specialist (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAFebruary 22, 2018
This is the most entry level pharma company out there. I took a huge step back in being treated like a professional when my company was aquired by Arbor. HR was uncooperative in dealing with issues brought by employees as well.

Getting ready to sell and you can feel it
Territory Manager (Current Employee) –  United StatesJanuary 30, 2018
Arbor was great at the beginning (didn't know any better). They pay WELL BELOW industry standards for the amount of work they expect out of you; promote products with zero formulary coverage, work without samples (they've cut those down from every month to every quarter and now to every two quarters), and deal with changes that are thrown at you constantly. Impossible to hit numbers. They are looking to sell to the Chinese and it's going to happen extremely soon - ALL they care about is the bottom line.
Pros
coworkers
Cons
expensive healthcare, low 401k match, "big brother" tracking constantly, low pay

I don't have anything to say neither good or bad. is an another Pharma Job, in a company that has very good products. Compensation is based on Performance, if you don't put the hours you won't get the money just like that.

Its a good place to get your foot in the door, but get out as soon as you get a little experience. They have gotten more strict. Micro-managing is at its absolute worst.

Great Entry Level into Pharmaceutical Sales
Territory Manager (Current Employee) –  ChicagoJuly 29, 2017
Want to get into pharmaceuticals sales? Arbor is a great company with a fast culture and ability to advance. Management could improve, mostly due to lack of communication from upper level. Salaries are low but commission is decent if you make your goals. The average sales rep their first year probably makes $50-70k.
Pros
own your own territory, decent meals budget, room for advancement
Cons
management, low starting salary for major metropolitan areas
