Depends on the Leadership of Store

While working at Arby's, the experience I have had is mixed, based on the General Manager's leadership styles. I've had both a team builder and a narcissist as my General Managers. The Area Supervisor, which is the General Manager's Immediate Supervisor, is a follower of the company's values and culture, and has to deal with numerous problems in the Area, with the narcissist GM being one of the lesser. Before the narcissist, there was little problems with the efficiency, cohesion, and morale of the team, but since, it has dropped the store to one of the worse in the Region. It is not the Company, that is the problem, but the General Manager that is the problem, and has cost the store a large amount of turnover in employees, including junior management, including my desire to find a better climate.
