For the first time in a long time I see so much potential for growth in this organization. I think we’re finally headed in the right direction!

Varies depending on the program area and needs. 7.5, 8 or 10 hours a day

I'd run the place openly and honestly. I'd hire QUALIFIED adults and get rid of the nepotism and middle-school-cafeteria-dynamics that currently run this toilet of a company. I would stop putting my staff in danger. I would recognize hard work and acknowledge loyalty and dedication.

Basically...the polar opposite of how it's run now.

Avoid this place at all costs.

Don't do it - they have an open-hiring policy (because no one wants to work there). So they'll sing you a pretty song and make it sound appealing...they're also liars. Don't fall for this trick. You'll be injured within the first week.

A nightmare? A madhouse? Like being a cliquey girl in high school? Professional adults don't belong anywhere near this place. It's run by children with personality disorders. Stay clear.

If you want to work/support individuals with disabilities, work for anyt other agency.
