A job where I know my role and shut my mouth

This job has I goal and that's to run coal. They preach safety but it's not the main concern. We are shot handed and everyone knows it. The pay is good but don't bring concerns to management.

Find something else to do for a living. As the world gets greener (cleaner). The world wont need coal. And seams are getting harder and harder to get to.
