Level of job satisfaction overall not high. Management not engaged in the improvement of processes and very old technology of equipment. Overall, the job was very routine and effort put forth by co-workers very limited.

Worked in the aluminium extrusion side of the factory. Very fast paced work environment. Training is available but, not really the best. You need to be very driven to find out what you need to know for the job here. There is miscommunication between employees and management constantly. If you like to be overworked in Southern California for $17hr, plus a miserable $1 hr for shift premium working nights, 6 days a week then Arconic-Fullerton is the place to be.
