12 hours a day on a rotating schedule. 2 days on then 2 days off. 3 days on then 2 days off. You work two, three day weekends a month.
24 hours of PPL (paid personal leave/sick days) and 80 hours of vacation. It changes to 40 hours of PPL after January 1st. This may seem like a lot, but when you’re working 12 hours a day, 50-60 hours a week it’s nothing.
Steer clear of the cliques, the women are the worst, their mouths running more than the machines, watch your back, don't make friends. If your a female beware of the male workers they will try to sleep with you.
