Automation and Robotic repairs and troubleshooting
Engineering Technician (Current Employee) – Barberton, OH – October 30, 2018
We would repair defective equipment, touch-up robotic programs and assist Maintenance personnel when needed. I learned mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, controls, PLC's, panel building and other Automation skills. My direct manager was good however, there is more management than what is necessary in my opinion company wide. The workers are good to work with though, and the pace is usually busy. The hardest part of the job is the hours (weekends). The most enjoyable part was learning the trade and my co-workers.
