Years ago when I started there its was great, a different culture where you felt appreciated. Employees on the floor and office with 15+ years tenure and working knowledge but it has been on a decline for a couple years now. Most of the seasoned employees were ran off or quit. The overall employee tenure average in Tulsa now would probably be >5 years.
As long as the same management is there, moral and turn over will stay in decline.
The only thing I could say is that you have good people and it could be a great place to work but if you don't make a change in the way supervisors and managers treat the good knowledgeable experienceed people they will continue to leave one by one and the people coming in are not going to stay
We spun off from Trinity Industries on Oct. 31st of this year to become a separate company. So technically, yes, the company name is new. However our businesses, customers, employees, and products have been around for a long time. You can read more about us here: https://www.arcosa.com/

Generally annually. These raises are rather small, ~$0.25 unless you have been trained on new equipment.
