Long and a waste of time

I had a panel interview. There were 5 people: the members of the management team. The seemed nice and engaging for the first interview but tired and ready to go for the second interview. Regardless, both interviews went well. They asked the typical questions concerning experience and reliability. They seemed real big on attendance and learning more than just what the position requires. Stepping out of personal and professional comfort zones are also important.
The CSR's and 1 Manager or so will interview you. This is like the Blind leading the Blind and completely unprofessional.
