Friendly Co-Workers. Great Work/Life Balance. Slightly "Serious" Workplace Culture.
Overall, a pretty good place to work. The people are friendly. The benefits are great. There are 11 paid holidays and a pretty standard PTO scale based on seniority. Employees are permitted to work from home twice a month with manager approval, and there are flexible scheduling options to allow for a great work/life balance. Ongoing training is also - more ... offered which is a perk, and there are programs for tuition reimbursement.
I wouldn't say this is a particularly "fun" office atmosphere. Sure, there's a room with a beanbag chair and a Foosball table, but I have never seen anyone actively use ... - less
ProsWork/Life Balance. Great Benefits.
ConsVery serious & strict workplace culture do nothing for morale
