We are sorry your experience of ARDEX, did not match your expectations. With regular, open team meetings, free onsite training, reward and recognition programs, hi-potential programs, and over a third of the business comprising of tenured employees – many of whom have obtained promotions or opportunities to progress their careers within other departments, it is disappointing you felt unable to experience this. In the event of a resignation, we offer any employee an opportunity to discuss and share feedback, and perhaps if you had accepted the offer to do so, or at any time during your employment, you may have had a different experience? In regards to the new road, small forklifts and an increasing amount of very large trucks, make for an accident waiting to happen…The new road was to separate incoming and outgoing traffic – and addressed previous concerns from employees, about time delays and safety. We think the only "judgement" experienced with foosball is...if you're really, really bad at playing...practice is certainly encouraged.
Some areas of the office can be quieter at times, but if an area is "quiet" because they're working with payroll...well, maybe it's good thing they're concentrating!!
And feedback has been listened to!! Walking meetings are encouraged, huddle stations (instead of conference rooms...zzzz..), and..IT may even have been spotted using the Cornhole game for team meetings (conference rooms are so last year..).
