Promising but lack of effective leadership and toxic work environment
Written by Visual Manager (Former Employee) from USA on July 12, 2018
The work is thankless, difficult, often times dangerous due to lack of proper training, budget, and resources. Different departments feel entitled to try and micromanage your work even though the visual department has its own internal process and chain of command. Eight different people in two levels of management in just three short years. Things change - more ... constantly with unclear expectations and explanation and then change back again. It was a good challenge while it lasted but you can only take power-tripping management that wants to break the rules and risk your job just to appease themselves ... - less
Prosweekday schedule, early hours
Consoverstepping sales and corporate team, no respect for experienced staff
