Productive and Happy Environment
Oh my goodness! I have never felt more at home! The hiring process was so simple and smooth. And felt like I was already part of the family! I am so glad this company picked me! I am super honored and grateful .

Dishonest and Dangerous
The owners and management at Arizona Autism decided to not pay technicians for holidays despite what was promised during interview and on-boarding. Unclean, understaffed clinic setting. Overall, management and staff not aware of ABA standards.

Great pay and hours - Horrible directors
Great pay however toxic work environment. A particular home shows favoritism for one client over the others which is unnecessary and uncalled for.Staff can be unheard majority of the time and when a safety concern poses a risk - run as talking isn’t a solution.

Great place to work and make a difference
Working for Arizona Autism as a caregiver is an awarding job. Most of the clients you'll meet are children and they're super fun to work with. If you have a lot of patience and care towards children, then this is the job for you. Getting ahold of management is super easy. My only complaint is the short hour shifts and the drives to clients are quite far.
