Caregiver in Phoenix, AZ

Working for Arizona Autism as a caregiver is an awarding job. Most of the clients you'll meet are children and they're super fun to work with. If you have a lot of patience and care towards children, then this is the job for you. Getting ahold of management is super easy. My only complaint is the short hour shifts and the drives to clients are quite far.

Caregiver in Tucson, AZ

This place needs to wake up. They hire Program Coordinators who are really just scheduling Coordinator. Poor communications due to lack of experience. They have no incident reporting for Critical Incidents that at times may need to be reported to the State, but they fail. They do not participate in the DDD 90 day reviews which is critical to provide great care. They seem to only be concerned with billing and making that money. Pay is too low as well for what they will ask you to do. Beware.....

Amazing place to work and feel supported! Workplace is very fast paced but also relaxed. may have several meetings in a day and have an IR to write up. Multitasking is essential
