Manager (Former Employee) – TEMPE Az – March 11, 2018
CORP Management over pays itself and takes vacations as they wish. They are concerned with one thing only, making money off of your work and doing things their way. They really care nothing about advancement nor improving company unless they can pocket more money. Say they care about temp workers but they don’t. They care about making money off their efforts.
Branch Operations (Current Employee) – Phoenix, AZ – June 18, 2018
This company is always looking for ways to service their clients and their employees better. They are consistently following trends and staying on top of what is happening in the temporary staffing industry. They care about their people and truly work at cultivating a collaborative and solutions focused environment. "Yes" is the way they approach client requests and employee suggestions.
Collectively focused on continuous improvement and client/employee satisfaction
This company has a culture of gossip and backstabbing - at all levels. Other than Training, corporate staff rarely visit the branches to experience what it's like.
Management has their favorites. And cronyism is a norm.
The owners NEVER visit the branches, which are kept in poor condition - e.g. no hot water in the bathrooms, dirty floors and old office furniture/equipment.
The company does not pay well, and hires under-qualified people to try and save money. After the 1-week training at the Tempe HQ, employees are sent back to their branch, with only phone/email support. There are no qualified field trainers.
Poor planning makes for too many 'emergencies'. Reactive is much more common than proactive. Sales people do not consistently communicate with branch staff. And when they do it's often very demanding.
There are really good companies out there who need good people. Keep looking elsewhere. This place is not a positive environment; a visit to one of their locations will show it.
Stability, annual raises, and there is not a lot of overtime
Low pay, expensive health benefits, favoritism, terrible performance management process, and very poor management.
Recruiter (Current Employee) – Englewood, CO – February 1, 2017
Overall the business is there to make money at all costs. These costs are often at the healthy balance of personal/work life, compensation, acknowledgement, and general disregard for staff employees and temporary employees health and well being.
none ya (Former Employee) – Chandler, AZ – October 26, 2016
The manager has a huge crush on the sales rep. Although he is married he is not afraid to show how he likes her. Although a dedicated employee will work hard for them he chose to lose a good employee over his crush. They do not pay the employees enough and wonder why no one applies. Only good this is daily pay.
