As a carrier, you do NOT get any sick days. If you do not provide a sub to run your route at YOUR expense, you lose your route. Plus, if they do not do a good job for you (get you a bunch of complaints for missed paper complaints), you still lose your job. Don't be mislead. You work 7 days a week, or else you lose your job. Period!

Give a raise, even if it;s a token one. Eleven years is a long time to go without a raise given the economic downturn that occurred during that time.

Does not apply to my position ..District Managers are required to get 1 one year subscriptions every week. door to door sales is not recommended unfortunately the newspaper companies are cutting more and more benefits income
