Give a raise, even if it;s a token one. Eleven years is a long time to go without a raise given the economic downturn that occurred during that time.

Give employees a raise. Even it's a token one. Eleven years is a long to go without a raise considering how the economy has changed over that time.

I think he's doing the best he can with what he's got left to work with. Many of the staff have been here 20 years or more. He has to be doing something right. He's had to change and diversify as the industry has evolved. And I think he's done a good job. No one has all the answers.
