4-6 weeks. Criminal background check, reference checks and Child Maltreatment check along with at least two interviews.

1 month. Interview first. They basically tell you
"I am going to call you on Monday, you will have 24 hours to do your drug test". Then you get your TB skin test and state orientation. Orientation last roughly 2 weeks. You manly start with 14 people in class and by the end there is only 1 or 2 left.
