Lab Technician in Little Rock, AR
on June 13, 2018
Unfortunate
This employer has the potential to be a wonderful workplace. Unfortunately the management is lacking in professionalism and communication. Day-to-day is very bi-polar, and makes for a toxic work environment for some. The providers and nursing staff are amazing, though.

Great patients/great coworkers....they seem to care about employees unless something happens that and they end up not liking you you will get picked on and eventually quit or they will find a way to fire you. They off extra hour of pay to travel but then by the end of the week they make you cut that hour and it doesn’t matter!
Medical Assistant in AR

Poorly managed & terrible response to Covid-19 crisis. Employees performing tasks without correct certifications ie:venipuncture. Positive note, however, is that the providers are awesome. Branch management don’t believe company policies apply to them and will write you up for breaking the same rule they broke minutes before you.

This company cares about employee quality of life. They are always willing to work with you to balance working life with family life. Being apart of the Arkansas Dermatology team is very rewarding personally and professionally. Everyday I am fortunate to work along side people who share my values for quality in patient care and a desire to continually improve. We truly are a team and a family working within an internal supportive environment of not only impeccable patient care but also personal growth.
