This employer has the potential to be a wonderful workplace. Unfortunately the management is lacking in professionalism and communication. Day-to-day is very bi-polar, and makes for a toxic work environment for some. The providers and nursing staff are amazing, though.

I was misled during hiring process about how far I'd have to travel for training, over an hour commute some days, one way. My first day, no one was expecting me, and they gave me the onboarding info for a different person thinking that's who I was. They also were not expecting me the second day. My time got messed up, multiple people told me they would fix it, but it never got fixed. I asked who my supervisor was, to fix time issues, and no one knew, essentially I didn't have one. So I had no clue who to talk to about any issues I was having.I was never told what time I was expected to be at work, I just had to guess based off what time the clinics open. Lastly, they use security cameras at some clinics to watch employees and if you are caught on your personal phone, you can get written up.Lastly, becuase of incorrect time, my paycheck was short on time and also hourly wage.

Working with this company made me feel comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. The coworkers and managers are all motivated and caring people. What stood out to me the most was knowing that the managers actually care about their employees and work with them. Working with this company didn’t feel like a job but more like a a career. They gave good benefits, raises and a nice bonus near the holidays. Overall this company is a well organized company with a good structure. The doctors who we work for have an outstanding reputation and our work doesn’t go unnoticed. Overall, I would recommend my friends and family to work for this company. If I was still living in the area I would apply again!

Poor management, lack of respect, could have been great but not until they find someone else to lead the staff that busts their tales off for them. The bigger they get the less the employees get. Glad I’m gone.

Great patients/great coworkers....they seem to care about employees unless something happens that and they end up not liking you you will get picked on and eventually quit or they will find a way to fire you. They off extra hour of pay to travel but then by the end of the week they make you cut that hour and it doesn’t matter!
