This employer has the potential to be a wonderful workplace. Unfortunately the management is lacking in professionalism and communication. Day-to-day is very bi-polar, and makes for a toxic work environment for some. The providers and nursing staff are amazing, though.

I was misled during hiring process about how far I'd have to travel for training, over an hour commute some days, one way. Working with this company made me feel comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. The coworkers and managers are all motivated and caring people. What stood out to me the most was knowing that the managers actually care about their employees and work with them. Working with this company didn’t feel like a job but more like a a career. They gave good benefits, raises and a nice bonus near the ho...

Poor management, lack of respect, could have been great but not until they find someone else to lead the staff that busts their tales off for them. The bigger they get the less the employees get. Glad I’m gone.

Great patients/great coworkers....they seem to care about employees unless something happens that and they end up not liking you you will get picked on and eventually quit or they will find a way to fire you. They off extra hour of pay to travel but then by the end of the week they make you cut that hour and it doesn’t matter!
