Everything was fine and I loved the job at first. The client was tough starting out but I enjoyed it. After I had been with the company awhile things began to change. Employees at events starting talking to me more which I thought was nice because they were very nice. I didn't know everytime they talked to me they were lying to my supervisor about what I was saying. I had people around me to back up what I did and didn't say but it seemed like they were just looking for a reason to get rid of me. If you don't fit in the circle of people they like they try to find anyway to get rid of you. After discussing it with other Ex-Employees almost the same thing happen to them. I wouldn't work there again in any situation because if you don't fit their mold you don't matter.

Everyone is nice so far. They seem to truly care about the clients. Workplace culture seems pretty laid back and flexible. Management has been attentive to concerns.

The CEO and head of HR are drama filled, cold hearted people. They treat their employees like dirt and not to mention the way they treat their members and guardians. I honestly cannot believe they have ANY business at this point… they are very bad people.

I was extremely qualified for this position and very excited after being recruited for two years to join them. I was fired without An explanation or avenue for remediation or anything else. I was extremely Disappointed with the CEO but no explanation was provided when I was let go at the end of a business day. The atmosphere of negativity and gossip create a very hostile work environment so that someone who is qualified and excited to be there has no chance of survival.

This place is a joke NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE knows anything about the client's nor will you get training. Gossip when I've been in the office about other workers. Upper management is a joke and good luck getting anyone on the phone to discuss insurance or co worker problems. The pay is sad and depending on who you are depends on if you make more or not. The office the atmosphere is awful and negative. This place has gone down hill fast since I started a year ago. Insurance is over priced and dsps are underpaid
