Really good culture and great people to work with. Expectations can be confusing at times depending on level of management. I think they have good intentions to make it a good work environment but sometimes it gets difficult.

Company expects too much from everyone. Constantly worked overtime and received little praise. Zero room for errors. Benefits are above average, but the pay is terrible. After being hired I found out I was making less than people with lower levels than I was. Manager clearly had favorite employees and did not encourage usage of the skills I brought to the job. Also there are way too many married couples working together for a company if its size.

Very high school like atmosphere. Religion played a heavy roll in how far you went within the organization. Management took credit for work they didn't do, in speaking up about it you became the black sheep if you will.

There is a lot to say about working at Arkansas federal credit Union. For starters they pretend like it’s the best place to work and parade around like everyone is happy but that is so far from the truth. There is a VP who has been caught saying the N word but just got a slap on the wrist. If you aren’t perfect they will do whatever they need to do to get you out the door and if you don’t quit on your own they will find a way to fire you. The company is so far behind the times that every process has so many steps and so many systems that it makes it impossible to be efficient and leaves too many room for error. But don’t you dare make a mistake or your just worthless. Don’t even bother taking anything to Human Resources. Hr is just about as fake as it gets. They don’t care about you or anything you have to say. everybody in there is fake. Would not recommend if you are a minority!!!!
