I love working for the Heart Hospital because it’s super laid back, and it’s always not hard. Even the President, and CEO of the company greets me by name. This makes me feel special because they care for their employees.

No 401k matching. MIS/IT is highly under qualified. As a director management is very sneaky thus creating a lack of trust with employees. HR is weak.

Family atmosphere, great management, room for advancement, competitive pay, wonderful and happy coworkersI've been with the hospital for 2years and absolutely love it. My position was created out of necessity but they have allowed me to really make it a truly great position working with every aspect of the hospital.
Not much room for advancement. Most of those that you see in advanced positions are friends/family with upper level management. “It’s not what you know, it’s who you know” type of atmosphere. Pay is horrible, schedule is flexible, patient to tech ratio is pretty modest, some nurses are helpful while others will instruct you to help a 2+ assist and not help. Lastly, they will pay nurses incentive pay to come in when short staffed but can’t do the same for CNAs when the situation is the same. So sometimes you will have more than your usual 7:1 patient ratio.

Arkansas Heart Hospital was a experience that didn't go unnoticed. A lot of nepotism at its finest. There was no open door policy per se if you had a problem with your supervisor and needed to express your concerns because her boss was her sister and the coordinator was her daughter. Too many lives hung in the balance while suppose professional adults seem so unconcerned
