Get staff in the building, staff that is actually competent.
Have staff to care for patients before bringing them into the facility. Poor care is terrible and that's what is given.
Start with the DON! She should be a leading example of your staff. Her talking like a sailor to staff under her is not acceptable. Where is the professional side or maybe she needs more training! I feel once Arlington Court corrects the issue with nursing management. That facility will definitely be a better place! You know you have a turn over rate like pancake being flipped. Get it together, wasting people time thinking it’s a good place to work. Respect your employees correct management!
