This company is a joke!

Pay checks bounce...Be warned. No working capital, moneys are borrowed against minority based awarded contracts to cover expenses...truly a shame!They sub-let a small office in a prestigious Manhattan building. There is NO culture, NO management, NO owner representation! Unfortunately, this was learned after the fact.

Company is in a growth mode and there are opportunities to advance in your career. Upper management does not micromanage. Salaries are very competitive and the work place environment is friendly. Several ongoing projects in the works at Armand allow for diverse experience.

At Armand, you are given the tools and autonomy to perform your job, letting your work speak for itself. Hard work is rewarded and there is absolutely room for advancement. Ideas for process improvements are actually listened to and put into action when merited. Management is actually present and reachable. You know your team and never feel neglected. Benefits & compensation are exceptional. Some great minds work here which makes coming to work every day very rewarding. Genuinely get to make a difference in peoples lives.

Not a real Corporation

They management is not management. There is no HR. Never received introduction. The owner is very unprofessional and speaks harshly about employees. Sends disrespectful emails to staff. This company needs to be investigated by BBB.

Company is a minority, woman owned company involved with the construction management services for various governmental agencies and housing authorities, as well as some private companies. Typically a day involved scheduling inspectors and overseeing construction projects ensuring proper completion of the projects for the clients. Also the scheduling and overseeing of the survey crews performing property and construction surveying for the various clients

If you are looking for a gig to get some experience this may be your place, but other than that I would stay away.

Upper management does not know how to communicate with employees and is very unprofessional people.

Always interesting. Most fellow coworkers friendly and cooperative. Seemed to always find match to clients' request.Bonus es and Xmas party great in beginning. Both decreased with lack of new contracts or renewals.
