This place is faced paced. Lots of hours. They lack on management. The people there seem to not care about you. It wasn’t a good environment for me to be at or work at.

Machine Operator (Former Employee) –  Lancaster, PAMarch 21, 2018
For the most part its a good job. Overtime is never mandatory except if they schedule Saturday. Bosses think they own you. But if you do your work your ok. Its a union job which means your guaranteed raises. But you dont need to be in union to get your raises. In my opinion don't join the union when you need them most they don't help. Not worth them taking a percentage of your check.
Pros
Good money, overtime
Cons
Union doesnt help you at all do t give them yohr money

It was a pretty nice place to work.
Machine Operator (Former Employee) –  Mobile, ALMay 30, 2013
All the machines are up and running and that the scheduled crew is alert and motivated to produce and maintain machines to interact where needed to ensure that we are manufacturing quality product as compiled by shift supervisor and plant manager. How to work as a team to accomplish the job! Balanced depending on who was overseeing the shift . Swing shifts they were alright guys to work with, when the machines were down and when everything running smooth and have completed a full shift with no down time and can go home relax and do it again the next day.
Pros
Plant would have catered lunch
Cons
not much to complaint about

I enjoyed working here, some people were uptight but for the most part they were fun. The job was messy and fast paced but enjoyable.
