File Organizer (Former Employee) – Thompsontown, PA – October 7, 2013
I was just there as part of a paid work experience. I was given a pile of papers everyday and told to organize them alpabeticly. Management seemed nice for the most part. Most of the co-workers just seemed to keep to themselfs and do there work untill lunch time came. The hardest part was keeping it all organized while people kept droping more papers on my desk.
Manager (Former Employee) – Lancaster, PA – August 24, 2019
Hopefully the new CEO will remove top level managers. Many employees are concerned about the future more then ever before. The company separated from the ceilings business in 2016, sold the wood flooring November of 2018, CEO and many others leave in 2019. Stock at it’s lowest ever. Even when the market was booming in June Armstrong stock was falling. Something must change.
