Very poor management. No communications. Double standards, when excepting a inspection. Cashiers were not to leave their station. But normal working routine was if you don't have a customer, go stock, even if there were 20 customers in store. You best be bff to scheduler or you'll get lots of late nights.
What would you suggest Army & Airforce Exchange Service management do to prevent others from leaving?
Don't bring your kids to work to actually work, treat others with respect, better communication, don't yell at employees and don't yell at employees in front of Soldiers. Don't override hours worked of employees
