The issue most people at the break room bring up is the low salary and 0 real benefits (health/ pto) for the intermittent positions. Not having a competitive offer makes it a job not very attractive and on top of that you have lot of managers and customers that are very rude and think they deserve to be treated like kings. Root out the bad apples in your management. Stop trying to save money with budget cuts that hurt your stores and their employees. Pay closer attention to your stores' actual income/profit before assigning unreasonable sales goals that put undue pressure upon your associates.
