Up skills of professionalism in your HR. Your ad is very misleading. Put how much your gonna pay someone , that's true....not an $8/range then say interviewee is wrong. I have it in black in white screenshot! That's a waste and that's dishonest.
One of the most important things is for managers to understand that micro managing employees is the worst thing that they can do. Let supervisors do their job and let department managers do their jobs. It's frustrating seeing a power struggle at higher management it all deciffers down to the employees and moral will be at the lowest point. That's one of the reasons good people are lost.
Have enough workers for the positions for the areas in the warehouse.
The issue most people at the break room bring up is the low salary and 0 real benefits (health/ pto) for the intermittent positions. Not having a competitive offer makes it a job not very attractive and on top of that you have lot of managers and customers that are very rude and think they deserve to be treated like kings.
