My day was never the same, so a lot of diversity at work. Applicants were diverse too, with lots of learning involved on both sides.

Knowing there are so many people who appreciate military service makes all the hard, long hours and sacrifice away from home worth it. Just like every career, the people who believe in what they do, have passion to succeed, and build up those around them, make this company worth the sacrifices.

Anyone in the Army will tell you, they use you until you can’t be used anymore. You have to know how to use them the same or they will chew you up and spit you out. Toxic leadership everywhere, know your rights and how to use them in a professional manner. It’s the best worse thing you’ll ever do
